Standard Fee:

$200/hour.

Includes:

50 min face-to-face session plus 10 mins setup/pack-up.

Indirect services and travel calculated separately in 6 min blocks.  Indirect services include telephone calls, emails, case-notes (a legal requirement for therapy providers, standard billing is 12 mins per session), report writing, letter writing, liasing with therapy team and education staff, etc.

NDIS Participants charged as per the current NDIS Price Guide.

Functional Capacity Assessments available.  Report writing and reviewing of existing client information capped at 12 hours.  Additional face-to-face assessments and interview time billed as therapeutic interventions.

Medicare Rebates available on GP/Paediatrician/Psychiatrist initiated Medicare Referral:

- Chronic Disease Management Plans/Team Care Arrangements (10958)

- Mental Health Care Plans (80135)

- M10 - Complex Neurodevelopmental Conditions  - Assessment and Treatment (82010) 

* Please note: Receipts provided upon full payment of fees, rebates can then be claimed directly from Medicare by the client/family.

Travel Calculations

Travel is calculated from the Gawler Post Office/Ardrossan Post Office, whichever is closer.  Where possible, client appointments are booked together to share and reduce travel costs.  NDIS price limits and non-labour costs applied as per the current NDIS Price Guide.  To reduce NDIS Participant costs in MMM6 regions for single visits, a cap of 66% of total travel costs will apply.

Please note: As part of good business management, Connecting Dots 4 Kids will review costs from time to time and therefore costs are subject to change. Families will be informed in writing via email when this occurs. Costing reviews are more likely to occur at the end of the financial year and families accessing NDIS plans are encouraged to consider this when negotiating their next plans.  Most recent fee review: March 2026.
